Inclusions: Full registration includes all components as detailed in the programme, including the optional tours on Wednesday, two breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, happy hour and the social programme as advertised.
Under 35s: Delegates must be under 35 at the time of conference.
Accompanying partners: A package is offered of $375 for accompanying partners and includes attending the keynote presentations, breakfasts around the trades both mornings and two evening dinners.
Payments: Payment can be made by requesting an invoice or by paying by credit card – via Windcave DPS PxPay. Please note credit card transactions will be under the name IPWEA NZ. A 3% surcharge is payable if paying by credit card. MasterCard or Visa only is accepted.
Privacy: By completing this registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be made available to the Conference Committee and accommodation providers (for the purposes of room bookings). Your details will be included in the delegate list unless you have indicated otherwise on the registration form. This listing will include your name/organisation and city and does not include your email address.
Group discount: If three or more full paying attendees register from one organisation, you can register one person x one day registration (day of your choice) for $195 – usually $625 and excludes the evening functions.
Transfer registration to new conference date
We postponed Future-Fit Aotearoa to 2 – 4 February 2022 due to COVID restrictions. We require all registrants to confirm or decline attendance by transferring your registration.
Cancellations must be in writing. An administration fee of $100 will be charged on all cancellations prior to 2 January 2022. Thereafter refunds will be at the discretion of the organising committee and will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure. Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty. Please notify The Conference Team of any changes prior to conference. See frequently asked questions.
A change to your hotel booking could incur a penalty being charged by the Cordis Hotel. The hotels will charge a full cancellation fee for any cancellation within 30 days of conference. If we can on sell your accommodation, we will.
The organising committee reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. Neither the organisers (The Conference Team Ltd), IPWEA NZ, nor ACE New Zealand shall be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation or abandonment of the event where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term “Force Majeure” means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, pandemics or natural disasters, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the event despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause. Changes will be notified on this website.
The committee reserves the right to amend any component as required. All changes will be updated on the website.
